Based in the province of Québec in Canada, we are a manufacturer and retailer of high-end artisan breads, pastries and deli.

In 1992, the Colpron-Fiset family founded Première Moisson and opened the first bakery in Vaudreuil. Over time, the “family” grew up, slowly but surely to ensure optimal transfer of skills to our new team members and make no compromise on quality and creativity. Today, our team of seasoned bakers runs 27 bakeries in Québec and Ontario, and we are proud to be the number one brand of artisan breads in Québec!

We also have specialized production facilities to serve Food Service professionnals and retailers across Canada and the United States, each of which employs time-honoured traditional bread making techniques.

Through these production facilities, we can proudly state that we enjoy the capacity, flexibility, expertise and quality standards necessary to satisfy the highest of industry expectations.
